Q: What benefits shall I acquire if I register your software?
A: As a registered user you will have the right to obtain guaranteed free technical support during 12 months since the registration date, right to obtain free minor software updates and major upgrades at half price. Also, your suggestions will be taken into the wish-list when developing new versions of our products. Above all, we'll be grateful to you for your help in developing our software.
 
Q: How do the trial versions of software differ from the registered versions?
A: The trial versions of our products are fully functional. You can use them for evaluation purposes for a period of 14 days following the initial installation.
 
Q: What should I do when I see the "Trial expired" message?
A: If you have purchased our software, simply proceed with registering our product using the received registration key. It is not necessary for you to re-download or re-install our software. Once you complete your product registration, the "Trial expired" message will no longer appear.
 
Q: How do I register the software I have already paid for?
A: If you buy DB Comparer:
   • Receive the notification letter with registration key.
   • Enter registration key in Registry form. (On application start up or from Help->Register menu). Please keep the registration key for future use, it may become necessary after system reinstall.
 
Q: I want to sell my DB Comparer software license. Is it transferable?
A: Sorry, no. When a customer purchases a software license, the software is registered in the customer's name. Once registered, this software cannot be transferred to a third party. DB Comparer provides technical support only to the original customers.

Q: I have received an error message when installing an DB Comparer. How can I install the program completely?
A: If you have downloaded a product from our website, please make sure that you have downloaded the file completely. You can check if the download was complete by comparing the downloaded file size with the correct file size described on the download Web page. If the file sizes are the same, make sure that you have downloaded the proper version of the software that must meet your OS requirements. Also, check if your computer meets the product requirements described on the product Web page. If you are still experiencing problems with product installation, please, report to our Support Service support@dbcomparer.com.
